The staff were amazing and,, breakfast had a wide range of food on the 6th floor with a balcony offering beautiful views. I mean, the room was super clean and well looked after, seemed like a nice clean slate to start from.

It wasn't inexpensive,, but for the quality of stay, it was still acceptable.

Really enjoyed our elegant and perfect rooms in this place.

The location was great and awesome, near to a shopping area and several restaurants and bars, the center of the city, shops, cafes, market and the old town and train station, and the view was fabulous. The food was fairly priced.

Consider requesting a room with an opening window for ventilation, especially during hotter months.

We liked everything at tower including staff and the food. The hotel was located within short walking distance to belfry and other tourist attractions...

The room was clean and had ample space, perfect for my needs. The breakfast on the 6th floor was a highlight-lots of variety and fine views. Staff outside of check-in were friendly and helpful. I faced an annoying issue with the parking fees. It wasn't mentioned in the advertisement that it would cost €10 per day. I brought my dog, supposed to be €15, but there was confusion about that as well. The room lacked some amenities like a minibar, and the check-in area felt cluttered, made the arrival process less smooth. While I loved the breakfast and room quality, some service aspects could definitely improve.

Particularly nice views, liked perfect and lovely setting.

The service was attentive with parking on-site. The stuff was extraordinary service-minded and extremely helpful the entire time.

The sealing of the windows compromised soundproofing, allowing noise from the alley to disrupt sleep. Cleaning quality left something to be desired. The entrance ramp is poorly designed and could potentially damage vehicles. The breakfast was underwhelming, especially for the price, and the late checkout fee seemed excessive for a hotel that wasn't fully booked.

Couldn't recommend more for a swift stopover

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with enjoyable views of the city from the rooftop area, making it a great choice for those looking for essential amenities while being centrally located to explore nearby attractions.

The rooftop breakfast offered fine views over the

City. The staff provided valuable local insights, but I found the parking situation a bit tricky despite having ample space in the hotel. A very enjoyable stay with modern amenities.

Lekker stay in Aalst 🇧🇪

The room was very clean and spacious for three adults. The beds were super comfy. The bathroom was nice too. Being right in the centre made it easy to pop over to a few local bars and grab a drink.

Only downside was parking was a bit of a squeeze, but we managed to sort it out without too much hassle.

Had a chill stay at the Tower! Loved the rooftop breakfast with awesome city views and comfy beds. Just a bit noisy at night from other guests. A good deal for a night out near Ghent!

Breakfast offered a variety of choices, and the menu considered vegan options. The rooftop area provided nice views while I enjoyed breakfast. It was easy to get to stores nearby. I also appreciated the cleanliness and organization throughout my time there.

The hotel lacked a minibar in the room. Arriving late meant no food options available, and they were unable to provide basic toiletries when needed.
